Dustin has had the fortunate opportunity to be born and raised in Central Oregon. He is a two-time past President of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce (2012, 2018), the past president of the Terrebonne Domestic Water District board of directors, and the current Board President for Leadership Redmond. Kelly has grown up living in Central Oregon for most of her life. She is knowledgeable about the area and has made many connections throughout the community. She graduated from Oregon State University and afterwards returned home.
